Carolina Shores E Bikes was created out of our love of living on the Outer Banks and the desire to share the excitement and convenience of using Electric Bikes (E Bikes) to all who visit and live on the Outer Banks.

The E Bike is a game changer in the cycling market. It has encouraged many of us who would not normally have chosen a bike to get around town for sightseeing, dining out, exercising, using bike paths or going to the beach. The advantage of having electric power to assist in cycling is great! 

Our E Bike brands include Aventon, Bintelli, FunBike, Himiway, MagiCycle, and Velotric! These Class 2 E Bikes can travel at speeds up to 20+ mph (depending on model), and have a total range on a charge with pedal assist of 40-80 miles on a charge and 20- 30+ mile range just on electric power.

Our Retail Store Location:

We are located just 3 miles past Southern Shores over the Wright Memorial Bridge at 8568-B Caratoke Highway (Rt. 158) in Powell's Point NC, at the intersection of Park Drive and Caratoke Hwy. We’re located in between the OBX Water Park and Tim Nolte's Surfboards.

The shop will be operating on a new schedule, starting 06/25/2024:
Tuesday - Wednesday: 11 am - 4 pm
Thursday - Friday: 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Monday -  By appointment only
